Hey, I'm Scarlett!

The creator and owner of Scarlett Bakes Cakes.

In 2020 I was made redundant due to Covid, unemployed and unable to get a job during lockdown, I turned my attention to baking, a longstanding hobby of mine. The lovely locals of Bournemouth soon became obsessed with SBC, and what was meant to keep me occupied whilst I looked for a 'real' job, ended up turning into a full time job.

Three years on, we now run the bakery out of a converted garage, offering premium cakes, cupcakes and traybakes, perfect for all occasions.

As well as keeping up with local demand, we also offer UK-wide delivery on a number of products, and stock multiple cafes across the area.
